The arrangement of the Symphonic Suite on 'A Chorus Line' is complete. The editing process is underway and I will provide useful information as it becomes available.
Another major work project on 'The Nutty Professor' is about to begin. Basically, it's about rewriting the original scores for symphonic orchestra. The project will be recorded in Prague in August. I am definitely a subscriber to Marvin Hamlisch's music these days!
Clare Howick, the internationally acclaimed violinist, is recording a new CD with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Jonathan Bloxham, for the Rubicon label in June. The program will include my arrangement of 'I had a farm in Africa'. Much happiness in perspective...
I have been informed that 'Quintessences', my composition for percussion, which unfortunately could not be presented in 2020, will be premiered in November 2023. Details to follow.
